Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at CloudApper AI, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions to our clients using our no-code platform. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements and develop custom workflows, logic, and solutions that meet their needs. You will work directly with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage our AI/LLM technology to create seamless, automated solutions.

About the Role

This role involves deep problem-solving, creativity, and technical expertise in integrating third-party systems. You'll work with APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise-level software solutions to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and design customized solutions using our no-code platform.
  • Act as the technical point of contact during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct workshops and demos to showcase how CloudApper's platform can solve client challenges.
  • Build and implement workflows, automations, and integrations between CloudApper and third-party platforms (e.g., HCM, CRM).
  • Leverage APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations to create seamless, scalable solutions.
  • Work with AI/LLM tools to enhance client workflows and logic.
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Work with the QA team to ensure that solutions are fully functional and meet high standards.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after solution deployment.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and offer guidance to clients during the operational phase.
  • Create and maintain detailed solution documentation for both internal use and client reference.
  • Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Engineering, to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Identify and address any technical challenges or product limitations to ensure the best possible solution.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience with API integrations, workflow automation, or software development.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of no-code platforms and experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate client requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during and after implementation.
  • Experience in client communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HCM software (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in SaaS environments or with enterprise-level software is highly beneficial.
