R.D. Offutt Farms aimed to streamline their employee management by implementing a job transfer code feature before the 2021 harvesting season. They sought a solution that would allow them to deploy employees to different farm locations without creating new profiles for each location. To achieve this, they integrated their UKG profiles into CloudApper AI TimeClock (RightPunch™), which included the job transfer code feature. Initially, they used facial recognition system but later switched to the QR barcode system to simplify the process, especially given the family-oriented nature of their workforce, which included 12 sets of twins. This implementation allowed for efficient and flexible employee management across their various farm locations.
